A long-standing business

Tracy was just 12 years old when she started working at the hair and beauty salon that now bears her name. Back then it was a hairdressing shop run by her uncle. When Tracy qualified as a hairdresser and beauty therapist, she set up in partnership with her uncle, providing beauty treatments. When her uncle retired, Tracy bought the hairdressing side of the business.

Today, Tracy has 2 qualified hair and beauty specialists and a dedicated beauty therapist working for her, offering a whole host of treatments that will leave you looking and feeling amazing.

Many of Tracy’s hairdressing clients are regulars, who have been with her and her team for years. Yet, there’s always a slot for newcomers too – male or female, very young or getting older!

“We serve refreshments, including tea and coffee, but we’re not licenced for alcohol. If our clients are celebrating a special occasion, they’re welcome to bring along their own drinks to add a touch of fizz to their day,” Tracy explained.

The treatments you receive are as professional and enjoyable as any you’d find at a luxury spa retreat, but as Tracy can’t offer you a dip in a swimming pool or hot tub, they’re a fraction of the cost.

Help a trainee!

Tracy is keen to encourage the next generation of hair and beauty therapists and often has a trainee working at the salon. On certain days you can take advantage of trainee-priced treatments. Tracy is careful to make sure that her trainees are competent in the treatments they’re offering, which makes it a great way to get your favourite treatments at a snip. And you’re also helping the trainee by helping to build their confidence. It’s a win-win as they say!
