Valli Rally 2024

Valli Optometry & Audiology is excited to announce the return of the popular Valli Rally, a charity walk in support of Outlookers. This year’s event will take place on Saturday September 28th, 2024, promising another day of camaraderie, exercise, and fundraising.

Since its inception, the Valli Rally has become a cornerstone of the local community calendar, bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds to support numerous worthy causes. To date, the event has raised an impressive £30,000 for Outlookers, a charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with visual impairments.  The funds raised from this year’s event will be used to support Outlookers’ vital services, including peer support, technology training, and emotional support for individuals facing sight loss. The charity’s work is essential in empowering people with visual impairments to live independently and confidently.

The 8-mile walk through the picturesque Huddersfield countryside offers participants a chance to enjoy stunning scenery while contributing to a cause that makes a real difference. The route, designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for walkers of all abilities, starts and finishes at Valli Opticians in Honley (Holmfirth).
